Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Kaltrix account and personal data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens.

The fastest way — in the app

  1. Open Kaltrix and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm by typing DELETE. That’s it — your account is removed immediately and you’re signed out.

What gets deleted

Your account and email are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Detection telemetry you contributed to the crowd map is disassociated from you — it was already coarsened and anonymized when shared, so it stays as anonymous aggregate data that can no longer be linked to your account.

Can’t access the app?

If you can’t sign in to delete your account yourself, email support@kaltrix.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and sooner where we can.

Your data rights
